These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the online stores operated through calfhutchshop.com and agri-farmproducts.com, including purchases made through either website.

You are responsible for confirming that the shipping address submitted with your order is complete and correct.

3. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in the order.
An automated order confirmation confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, place on hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:

- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Payment authorization problems
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Shipping restrictions

6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
We currently ship only to eligible physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories, international addresses, or post office boxes.
Orders are generally processed within one to two business days, subject to payment verification, product availability, order volume, holidays, and other circumstances.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders are generally shipped by ground service through the carrier selected for the order.
Expedited shipping may be available by contacting Customer Service before placing an order.
Order-processing and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Orders may be delayed because of product availability, order volume, payment verification, carrier delays, weather, emergencies, labor interruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address.
Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or changed address may be the customer’s responsibility.
A shipment confirmation email containing available tracking information will be sent after the order ships. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
7. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Shipments
Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.

Keep all products, cartons, labels, packaging materials, and damaged items until the matter has been reviewed.

We will review reported shipping issues and determine the appropriate next steps based on the circumstances, carrier requirements, product condition, and applicable law.
8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 90 calendar days after the customer receives the product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
Proof of purchase is required.
Customers must contact Customer Service before returning a product to obtain return instructions.
Sending a product back without following the provided return instructions may delay or prevent processing of the return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error, a defective product, or another circumstance in which we agree to pay the return cost.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law or expressly approved by us.
After a returned product is received, we will inspect it and notify the customer whether the return has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
The time required for the credit to appear depends on the customer’s card issuer or financial institution.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
9. Product Warranties
Certain products may be covered by a separate written manufacturer’s warranty.
Any written warranty is governed by its own eligibility requirements, limitations, exclusions, and claim procedures.
